Welcome to Koala Tee Apparel! Our graphic apparel is produced on demand and fulfilled through Ninja POD.

Production Time

Most orders are expected to be produced and prepared for shipment in approximately 2–4 business days after they enter production.

Production time is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipping date. Delays may occur due to product availability, production volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping transit time is additional to production time.

Shipping Rates

Our currently configured shipping rates for Ninja POD products are:

• Contiguous United States: $7.95 flat rate

• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $13.99 flat rate

Shipping options and charges shown at checkout are the final applicable rates and may change.

We have not confirmed shipping availability for destinations outside the regions listed above.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will generally be provided when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update its tracking system.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier service, production conditions, and other factors. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed.

Delays and Unshipped Orders

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will contact you with the available options, including consent to a revised shipping timeframe or cancellation and refund as required by law.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
