At Koala Tee Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our apparel is produced on demand through our printing and fulfillment partner, Ninja POD. Each item is made specifically after an order is placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs when available.

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, reprint, or refund.

Sizing and Changes of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we do not automatically offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or a personal color preference.

Please review the product description, size options, and order details carefully before purchasing.

These limitations do not affect your rights when an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. Because orders can move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

If we cannot fulfill or ship an order as required, we will provide the cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Lost or Missing Orders

If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us so we can help review the situation.

If an order has not shipped within the applicable shipping timeframe, we will communicate available options, including cancellation and refund rights where required.

Returns and Refund Processing

Please do not mail an item directly to Ninja POD or to the return address on its shipping label without first receiving instructions from Koala Tee Apparel.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
