Koala Tee Apparel shirts are produced on demand through Ninja POD. Because each item is made after an order is placed, return and exchange requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number, a description, and clear photos if available. We will review the issue and work with our production partner on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or reprint.

Size or Preference Changes

Please check product sizing, colors, and order details before purchasing. Contact us if you need assistance. Refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size selection are not automatically guaranteed.

Important: Do Not Mail Items to the Printer

Please do not send products directly to Ninja POD or to a shipping-label return address without instructions from Koala Tee Apparel. Our production partner does not process customer returns on our behalf.
