Shipping & Production

Made to Order with Ninja POD

Koala Tee Apparel shirts are made to order and produced by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Ninja POD. Production begins after an order is submitted for fulfillment.

Production Time

Ninja POD reports that most orders are produced and shipped in approximately 2–4 business days after they reach production. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Stock availability, peak periods, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Current Shipping Rates

For products in our Ninja POD shipping profile, our current configured flat-rate shipping charges are:

• Contiguous United States: $7.95 per checkout shipping rate
• Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $13.99 per checkout shipping rate

The shipping options and final shipping charges displayed at checkout are authoritative and may change. Availability and rates for destinations outside these regions are not confirmed.

Shipping and Tracking

Carrier transit time is additional to production time. Tracking is generally provided after shipment; carrier updates can take time to appear. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
